Average Days on Market Shortens

Homes also sold faster this October. The Average Days on Market decreased to 37.68 days, down 15.77% from last year’s 44.74 days. Faster market activity often signals motivated buyers who are ready to move quickly when the right property becomes available.

Sales Success for October 2025

While prices rose and selling times improved, the overall Listed versus Closed ratio softened this month.

• New Listings: 513 (up 14.77% from 447 last year)
• Closed Listings: 348 (down 10.54% from 389 last year)
• Closed vs. Listed Ratio: 67.8%, down from 87.0% in October 2024 (a 22.05% decrease)
