Average Days on Market Lengthens

The average number of 48 days that homes spent on the market before selling increased by 5 days or 12% in November 2023 compared to last year's same month at 43 days on market.

Sales Success for November 2023 is Positive

There were 366 New Listings in November 2023, up 2.8% from last year at 356. Furthermore, there were 259 Closed Listings this month versus last year at 297, an 13% decrease.
